To do this, you`ll have to wear many hats during each day, making you an expert in sales, marketing, advertising and interviewing.

This blue-chip company was set up in 1992 to be a very different financial recruitment consultancy and has expanded rapidly to a network of 30 offices throughout the UK. To fuel there further expansion we`re currently seeking intelligent and outgoing individuals, who possess tenacity and thrive in a pressurised working environment.

The Role

Working as part of a tightly knit team, you will be given responsibility for the recruitment needs of a range of clients and will be either allocated to work on the temporary or permanent side of the business.

Whilst no two days in recruitment are ever the same, you can expect to interview candidates regularly, assess their skills, career aspirations and to have frequent contact with a wide variety of clients. In time, all your sales, marketing and advertising skills will be developed to the full.

If you can communicate well at all levels and have the drive and energy to work in a very fast moving environment, then this could be the right move for you.

Training

Our client offesr the most intensive and thorough training in the specialist recruitment industry. Starting with a three-week training course, which covers all aspects of the job from both a theoretical and practical perspective.

Training then continues with intensive one-day workshops, and a five stage management training programme for those consultants showing good potential.

Skills required

Ideally you should have between one and five years` experience within Recruitment (from any sector) and be able to demonstrate the levels of achievement within your current role.
